By the time this compilation was released (1983) the public's love affair with ska was past it's prime. It did see some UK chart action, but despite big names like The Specials and English Beat it only peaked at #51. That being said, it's a nice compilation to have, and a good overview of the 2-Tone sound.

Interestingly the album was released in both pink and blue. I'm quite fond of the striking album art as it captures the feel of an even older (1960s) period.
